Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Must be highly organized to be able to manage multiple recurring and spot projects. Able to consolidate and prepare daily and weekly updates for assigned efforts.
2. Works with management, peers and other colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to onboarding practices.
3. Act as a potential point of contact for HR-related questions from the field.
4. Perform customer service functions by answering phone calls and employee questions.
5. Other duties and projects as assigned
6. Strong knowledge of IT.
