Job Description

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails for new business & service requests.
  • Support agency team through providing a consistent/reliable point of contact for clients and prospects
  • Process policy change requests
  • Provide certificates of insurance
  • Accept policy payment
  • Maintenance of Agency  Management System and Document Management System
  • Maintain professional attitude, stability and tolerance in multi-task, time-critical environment.
  • Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients including professionally written, concise and clear email communications
  • Provide timely response to client inquiries and requests
  • Help to develop or improve agency process and workflows
  • Manage and prioritize workload in accordance with our agency standards
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities including unexpected client requests
  • Commitment to continuing education, professional growth and development
